Timothy T. Conlon has focused his practice in family law since 1995. He
tackles many different cases including separation, divorce, child custody,
shared property distribution, and a special interest in interstate custody. He
is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association Family Law Section and is
admitted to practice in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Federal Court.
Mr. Conlon graduated with honors from Temple University School of Law with a
concentration in trial practice. He went on to serve as a judicial law clerk for
judges in Alaska and Maryland before becoming a founding partner at Rolle &
Conlon.
Mr. Conlon has a strong sense of family and special empathy toward children
of families in crisis. He works tirelessly to assure that custody, visitation
and support are sufficiently granted for the best interest of the child. His
skill and experience in interstate custody have brought the recovery of children
from several different states and foreign countries.
With hundreds of divorces completed in the course of his career, Mr. Conlon’s
experience allows him the ability to handle any situation ranging from simple to
the most complex. Mr. Conlon brings an aggressive, results-based approach to all
his cases and clients. He is relentless in his efforts to provide a successful
outcome for his clients.
Academically, he has contributed courses and lectures in divorce law, has
taught classes in divorce law, and has co-authored judicial opinions on divorce
in Maryland and other state Circuit Courts.
Mr. Conlon was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania. He is married and is
the father of three children.
